Previously, Rick was a managing partner in various corporations, including Equibrand, a leader in performance equestrian products. Rick sits on the board of Cornerstone Bank in West Union, WV and is on the advisory council to the commissioner of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

Russ has more than 14 years of experience in the window and door industry managing national accounts and multi-state districts.

John brings more than 20 years window and door experience to the business and has an extensive knowledge of cost and inventory processes, vendor relations, team management as well as every facet of window and door production.

Mike brings more than 28 years experience in window manufacturing and product development. He has managed multiple site locations and plays a key role in maintaining high product quality.

Randall has 21 years experience in the window and door industry coordinating facility layout, equipment design, capacity planning, product design, manpower planning, process flow and equipment procurement.

Dave has more than 14 years of sales experience in the window and door industry managing national accounts and multi-faceted regional sales teams.

Eddie has more than 20 years of experience in the window and door industry managing sales territories in multiple regions.

Glenn has worked closely with window manufacturing companies for 20 years as a facility planner and is a licensed electrical inspector.

Paul has more than 21 years experience in product line launches, product line supervision, equipment purchasing and manufacturing support.

Rob has been a manufacturing manager in union and non-union environments for 26 years. And as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, he manages all daily operations within the manufacturing warehouse.

For over 26 years, Cindy has helped design and implement innovative new window and door products. She also brings expertise manufacturing support, plant management and administration to the Wincore® team.
